Looking Ahead: Our Annual Board Retreat

Ponca City Main Street board members and staff gathered with Oklahoma Main Street to review current initiatives, set future goals, and keep our work aligned with our mission and transformation strategies.

On Wednesday, September 23rd, members of the Ponca City Main Street Board of Directors gathered with Oklahoma Main Street staff for our annual board retreat.

The retreat gave us time to review current initiatives, set goals for the future, and ensure that our work supports our mission, vision, and transformation strategies: Placemaking and Business Recruitment and Retention.

We’re grateful to the employers who gave their staff time to participate and to the small business owners who stepped away from their busy schedules to join us. Your time, ideas, and commitment help shape the future of Downtown Ponca City!
