Goblins on Grand is celebrating 20 years! Join us for the 20th Anniversary of Goblins on Grand, Ponca City’s beloved community Halloween carnival!
FREE to attend — no wristbands required! Bring the whole family downtown for an evening filled with trick-or-treating, games, activities, costumes, and plenty of Halloween fun! Local businesses, organizations, churches, groups, and community members will line Grand Avenue with decorated booths and treats for children of all ages.
